Installed the left locking actuator. It was difficult to get the cotter pins installed, especially the lower one. Also tried to install the cotter pin on the flap actuator, but impossible to do with the flap and brake levers installed on the inboard side which covers the root access holes. I lowered the bottom skins and installed the rod, castle nut and cotter pin. On the right side I'll try to get all these nuts and cotter pins installed while working to install the skin.
Inspected the left inboard structure and found it satisfactory to close up the structure.
Installed all the CCP rivets on the left inboard skins. I decided to order 200 of "better" CCC-42 flush rivets Sonex now carries to minimize the mandrels breaking off above the surface. Sonex sells these replacements at their cost, or about $5.00/100.
Installed the right locking lever assembly while starting to fit up the right inboard skins.
